High winds weather alert issued

The Royal Netherlands Meteorological Institute (KNMI) has issued a code yellow weather warning for high winds in the west and northwest of the country. High winds of 75 - 85 kilometers per hour can be expected along the coast. These winds will probably continue until Tuesday morning. High winds of around 75 kilometers per hour may also appear further inland during the day, especially in the west and northwest. The rest of the week will be cloudy with occasional rain.
