Police catch 84 at underground street race

On Sunday morning the police intervened in a street race on the Maasvlakte in Rotterdam. The 84 attendees all got a speeding ticket. There was also a street race on the Prinses Maximaweg, which caused a lot of noise and disturbed the peace. Many vehicles were parked on the roadway so that regular motorists could not pass. Employees of the Zeehaven police cordoned off the area and gave the 84 attendees speeding tickets. After that the peace was restored.
