Police find 1.4 million euro in traffic stop

Last Friday the police arrested a 41 year old man from Amsterdam who is suspected to be involved in the laundering of more than 1.4 million euro. During a traffic stop the police found a gray roller case in the backseat of the suspect's car. The case contained 299,320 euro. The suspect's home was searched. There the police found two large plastic bags containing over 1.1 million euro. The money in the bags in the bags was bundled and packed in clingfilm. The court in Zwolle has extended the suspect's provisional imprisonment with 90 days yesterday.
