Lisanne Froon funeral on Friday; remains found in Panama

Lisanne Froon will be buried in Amersfoort on Friday. The obituary states that after a service at the Heilige Kruiskerk, family and guests will accompany Lisanne to her final resting place. Lisanne's remains have been under investigation in the NFI in The Hague since September. The remains were recently released to her parents. The results of the forensic investigation are unknown. Lisanne Froon and Kris Kremers were last seen in April in Boquete in Panama. The two friends were missing for months. Some remains of the women's bodies were eventually found in Panama. It is still not clear what happened to them in the jungle.
