More rain expected today, sun coming back
The Dutch Meteorological Institute (KNMI) expects there to be more rain in the West as well as the South today, and some heavy rain and thunderstorms for the South-East this afternoon. After the flooding on Sunday and Monday, the KNMI does assure that the sun is making a come-back.
Throughout the day, the temperature will be between 23 and 27 degrees across the country with thick clouds covering the skies. In several places in the South-East, there is a chance of hail and lightning, as well as heavy rainfall.
In the North, the sun has already broken through, and will warm up the rest of the country the coming day. The coming night, the sky will clear and it will be dryer.
Tomorrow, the clouds will come back and there will be more rain in places, but most areas will remain dry.
