Hay fever to strike early this year

In the southern half of the country, hay fever sufferers may have to bear the irritating effects of their allergy in the coming days already, a month earlier than last year according to Allergieradar.nl. The grass in that part of the country are in full bloom, meaning that there is a lot of grass pollen. The heavy rain of the last weeks, and the expected warmth of the coming days means that the grass is in bloom quicker. This could take up to two weeks longer for the North. Las week, there was fewer pollen in the air. Allergieradar.nl saw hay fever patients give their complaints a 4.5. This rating may become higher in the coming weeks.
