Spring to start off warm
The astronomical March equinox, or Spring, will start on Thursday at 5:57 p.m. And it's starting warm, or what the Dutch like to call it: 'terrasweer', or terrace weather.
Temperatures can reach highs of 22 degrees locally. This means the first official warm day. After a few thin, wispy cirrus clouds it'll be clear, Weeronline reports.
Maximum temperatures will drift between 18 at the coast, 21 degrees inland, and sometimes even 22 degrees in the south east. The clouds will return in the evening.
After today, the good weather will take a bow and leave. A cold front is set to come in on Thursday night, and it will rain.
Temperatures will sink back down by ten degrees.
