Netherlands Cricket names new batting consultant

The Netherlands Cricket has appointed Amol Muzumdar as a batting consultant for the 2015 World Cup 2015 Qualifier, ESPN Cricinfo reports. Muzumdar is the former captain and batsman of Mumbai in India. He will work as assistant to the team's head coach Anton Roux. Muzumdar will begin his new job from Jan. 3, 2014, when Dutch team will travel to New Zealand to play the Qualifiers. Muzumdar is familiar with the Dutch cricket environment. He had played first-class cricket with Quick hg, a domestic cricket team in The Hague, for the last three years.
