Cardinal calls people to report sexual abuse

Cardinal Wim Eijk appealed people to report sexual abuse of children in the Catholic Church. Catholic Church / Wikipedia Eijk said people should come forward if they have information about sexual abuse in the Catholic Church, Nieuws.nl reports. According to Eijk, many abuse complaints were dismissed because of a lack of evidence. Victims' association Klokk called the appeal groundbreaking.
