De Mol bids €373 million for SBS

Dutch media tycoon John de Mol is planning to take full control of Dutch television broadcaster SBS. De Mol wants to acquire remaining 67% stake in SBS from Sanoma Publishing for €373 million, Het Financiële Dagblad reports, citing the company sources.
