Netherlands Becomes World’s Biggest Tomato Exporter

The Netherlands has become the world’s biggest exporter of tomatoes, surpassing Mexico, the AD reports. Tomatoes /Flickr In 2012, the Netherlands exported tomatoes to the value of more than $1.8 billion. Mexico is the second biggest tomato country with $1.7 billion exports.
