Dutch Club Ajax Faces Fine €25,000 Fine
The Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) has fined Dutch club Ajax €25,000 after their supporters displayed an "offensive banner" against Celtic during a Champions League match, The Associated Press reports.

Ajax was fined for "improper conduct" by fans and faced a "discriminatory behavior" charge, the AP said.
“The offensive banner targeted a religious insult at Celtic, which traditionally draws its fans from the Catholic community in Scotland and Ireland,” the news agency said.
