FOX Sports Hires Anomaly Amsterdam

FOX Sports Netherlands announced that it has selected Anomaly Amsterdam as its agency of record among a choice of various agencies. Anomaly Amsterdam will be in charge of the principal responsibilities including advertising, business and brand strategy, communications planning and launch strategy to partnerships, branded content, and digital and social functions. This in preparation for the channel’s plan to change the platform in its local premium channels. Fox Sports Network
Kyle Laughlin/flickr “Their extensive brand experience, strategic thinking and breadth of creativity made Anomaly the ideal partner for us, and their local knowledge and passion for football is second-to-none,” explained Arno de Jong, commercial and marketing director FOX Sports. Anomaly’Amsterdam’s President Hazelle Klønhammer said FOX Sports is a top-notch trademark which has a somewhat small footprint in the local scene and they are hoping the joint venture will set up an improved TV experience to the Dutch viewers. Klønhammer added that working with a media proprietor and at the same time with a popular brand is uncommon and they are hoping to aid the launching of FOX Sports by increasing awareness and promoting economic growth.
