Rutte Helps Victim

Prime Minister Mark Rutte helped a victim of a traffic accident in The Hague on Monday afternoon. The woman, who was cycling when she was hit by a truck, died later. Nu.nl reported that Rutte passed the scene of the accident on the Bankastraat. He stopped to help the victim. He knelt and held the woman’s hand as he spoke to her, while someone else applied first aid.
