An English cyclist managed to get his head stuck between the narrow bars of a fence after crashing into it while on riding his bike. The accident happened Friday morning just after midnight in Amsterdam while the man was riding on Veemkade along the IJ river.

Police in the U.K. are looking for two men accused of threatening underage Army cadets outside a reserve base in Gateshead, England, Northumbria police said in a statement on Friday.
