Multiple injured in early morning home robbery in Lopik; No arrests yet

Several people were injured during an early morning robbery at a property on Graafdijk in Lopik, authorities said Sunday. The property also houses a traveling fair business.

According to RTV Utrecht, the incident occurred around 5:00 a.m., when neighbors reported hearing loud noises and shouting from the premises, prompting them to alert emergency services.

Ambulances and police quickly responded, and multiple victims received medical attention at the scene before being transported to local hospitals. Authorities have not disclosed the exact number of injured.

Police have not released information about the perpetrators, the number of suspects, or whether anything was stolen, citing the need to protect investigative details.

Officers conducted an extensive search and investigation at and around the property. "Whoever has seen anything or possesses camera images from the vicinity is asked to contact the police," authorities said.
