Police detain three for trespassing in Etten-Leur commercial building to shoot a TikTok
Police arrested three individuals in the early hours of Monday morning after they were caught trespassing in a commercial building in Etten-Leur. The group had illegally entered the property to record a video for TikTok, BN DeStem reports.
Local officers responded to a report after the trio was spotted breaking into the building. When police intercepted the suspects outside, the individuals claimed they had no harmful intentions and said they were inside to film content for TikTok.
According to police, the three said they were engaging in “urban exploring,” a practice involving unauthorized entry into abandoned or closed-off buildings to observe or film the interior. The building in question had not been identified by authorities as abandoned or open for public access.
All three individuals received official fines for their actions. Police confirmed that one member of the group was a minor, and their parents have been notified.
