Neighbors rescue woman, three children from early morning house fire in Tegelen

A woman and three children were caught in a house fire Saturday morning in Tegelen, Limburg. The fire broke out around 8 a.m. at a residence on Nachtegaalstraat, Hart van Nederland reported.
