Oranje has the best chance of reaching the Euro 2024 final, says data analyst firm

The Netherlands has the most significant chance of reaching the final of the European Championships this summer out of all the teams remaining. Sports data analyst firm Nielsen’s Gracenote calculated this based on statistics.

Oranje has a 38 percent chance of reaching the final on July 14 in Berlin. Manager Ronald Koeman’s side will face Turkey for a place in the semi-final on Saturday. The possible semi-final against Switzerland or England will be played next week on Wednesday.

Spain is the favorite to win the tournament, according to Gracenote. Their calculations say there is an 18,8 percent chance that they win it. Germany is second on the list of contenders (17 percent), followed by the Netherlands (16.5), France (16.4), England (11.9), Portugal (8), Switzerland (7) and Turkey (4,5).

Spain and Germany play the first quarter-final on Friday at 6 p.m. Portugal and France face each other at 9 p.m. on the same evening. On Saturday, the quarter-finals of England-Switzerland and the Netherlands- Turkey.
