Police looking for girl, 12, missing in Voorhout

A 12-year-old girl went missing in Voorhout on Sunday. She was last seen on Pieter van Slingerlandstraat. The police searched for the girl the entire day, also using a helicopter, but by 10:30 p.m. she still hadn't been found, the police said on Twitter.

The girl is 1.6 meters tall with dark blond hair and blue eyes. At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing black pants, a gray blouse and a dark green jacket.

The police call on anyone with information about the girl's whereabouts to come forward.
