Teenagers arrested for fatal brawl in Valkenburg

Three teenage boys were arrested on Wednesday morning for involvement in a brawl in which a 65-year-old man from Valkenburg was killed. They are suspected of public violence, RTL Nieuws reports.

The suspects are two boys aged 15 and 17 from Valkenburg and a 17-year-old boy from Schimmert.

The brawl happened on Salviastraat in Valkenburg on Thursday night. The man later died in hospital. The exact cause of his death is still being determined.

The confrontation may be connected to unrest around a group of young people in the neighborhood, according to the broadcaster.
