Parties refusal to work with PVV "undemocratic": Wilders

PVV leader Geert Wilders calls other political parties refusal to form a coalition with the PVV "undemocratic and an insult to millions of voters", he said on Tuesday in response to most of the other parties saying that they will not work with him, the Telegraaf reports.

According to Wilders, he is willing to work with the other parties. He believes that the winner of the elections should always be given the opportunity to be in the cabinet. "That party, say it's the PVV, will also have to work with other parties and make concessions, that speaks for itself. But excluding a party in advance, and ignoring millions of voters, is undemocratic." he said, according to the newspaper.

"The bigger a party gets, the harder it becomes to ignore it", Wilders added. He believes that the PVV already showed willing and able to compromise during the grace period of the first Rutte cabinet.
