Belgian tourist's murderer killed in Sint Maarten prison

The man suspected of murdering Belgian tourist Wendy Montulet, was found dead in his prison cell on Sint Maarten. It seems that he was lynched by other prisoners, RTL Nieuws reports. The 21-year-old Belgian tourist was found dead last week Sunday in bushes about 500 meters from the Sint Maarten hotel where she was holidaying with family and friends. On Wednesday it was announced that a 21-year-old man was arrested for her murder and that he confessed to sexually assaulting and stabbing the young Belgian woman to death with a piece of glass. The suspect was imprisoned in a cell with seven other inmates, according to RTL Nieuws. He was suffocated to death.
