Boy doing well after heart attack on KLM flight; Father: Thanks to all
Christophe Cabibel, father of little Adam who had a heart attack on a KLM flight between Amsterdam and Singapore on January 3rd, reached out to KLM on Facebook to thank the crew and captain for making an emergency landing in Bucharest so that his son could be treated. Little Adam is doing well.
"Adam and our family would like to thank KLM as well as the crew and captain of the flight for proceeding to an emergency landing in Bucharest. We are aware of the related costs of such a decision as well as the consequence in terms of delay, so thank you to all and our deepest apologies for any inconvenience that the delay might have caused to all passengers." Christophe writes. "We'll never fortet this experience and never forget the support we got from KLM and passengers. We are back to Singapore safe and sound and Adam is well again. This is thanks to you." Christophe goes on to thank the three doctors on board the plane who rushed to help little Adam, as well as the doctors in Bucharest who did the best they could with limited resources. KLM responded, saying that the airline and staff members were happy to assist and that the safety and security of their passengers is always their primary concern. "What a hectic and stressful time you and your family must have had. Thank you for reaching out to us and letting us know that Adam is feeling better. We're happy to hear that", KLM wrote. "We're glad that we could assist in this frightening situation." Christophe's thank you to KLM was shared 170 times, got more than 6 thousand likes and moved 91 people to comment.
