Ikea recalls children’s nightlight

IKEA has sent out a recall for its white, pink and orange Patrull nightlight with sensor. According to the store, there is a possibility that the nightlight's cap could come off when it is unplugged. This could lead to an electric shock. IKEA has received one report of this happening, according to the recall. Consumers who have bought such a nightlight can take it to the closest IKEA store for a full refund, no slip required. IKEA states that the safety of children is always their first priority, and apologizes for any inconvenience.
