Mostly naked man threatens Eindhoven city hall

A mostly naked man was arrested in the Eindhoven city hall on Thursday for threatening the municipal employees. According to the police, the man was dressed in only his underpants and a pair of shoes. The police questioned the man and then handed him over to social workers.
