Online retailer Wehkamp has started a test in which three style experts give style advice to clients via WhatsApp for free. According to WehKamp, WhatsApp is ideal for this service as it is easily accessible and 10 million Dutch consumers are actively using the app. The number of style experts will shortly be increased. According to Landewe, the company has been accommodating this need for some time by personalizing the website and their online magazine.
