Rotterdam Markthal named best shopping center in world

The Markthal in Rotterdam has been awarded the MIPIM 2015 Award in the category Best Shopping Center. The other three nominees for the Best Shopping Center were Beugrenelle in France, Rierside 66 in China and The Breeze BSD City in Indonesia. Every year MIPIM, a renowned real estate trade show, awards the most outstanding real estate projects. The Markthal is open 7 days a week and has already received more than 3 million visitors. The Markthal is home to 96 fresh units plus 20 shops and restaurants.
