Univ. Amsterdam, TU Delft rank highest in Times Reputation list

The Technical University in Delft (TU Delft) and the University of Amsterdam (UvA) only just missed out on being in the top 50 of the most prestigious university of the world, according to the annual World Reputation Ranking in Times Higher Education. TU Delft slipped a few places down the list from last year's 42nd place, but is still the highest ranking Dutch university in the world. UvA went from being in the top 80 last year to being in the top 60 this year. There are a total of 5 Dutch universities in the top 100. In addition to TU Delft an UvA they are Leiden University, Wageningen University and Utrecht University. Number one on the list is once again the American Harvard University, followed by the University of Cambridge in the United Kingdom at number two.
