Utrecht trains cancelled; faulty power lines to blame

There will be fewer trains traveling to and from Utrecht today due to a faulty overhead contact line, NS reports. This affects trains traveling in almost all directions. No trains will be traveling between Utrecht Centraal and Houten. Only Sprinters will ride between Utrecht and Amsterdam and Utrecht and Driebergen-Zeist. There will also be fewer Intercity's between Utrecht and The Hague and Rotterdam. NS and ProRail are looking at which trains will still be able to ride. NS recommends that travelers avoid Utrecht Central Station if at all possible.
