Wesley Sneijder's home raided in criminal investigation

On Friday the police searched the home of Wesley and Yolanthe Sneijder in Vleuten in Utrecht. The Public Prosecution did not comment on the reason for the search, but anonymous sources told Show Nieuws that the search was drug related. Both the couple's management and the Public Prosecution state that nothing illegal was found. The villa belongs to Wesley, but the Public Prosecution emphasized that he is not considered a suspect. The couple is considering claiming for damages, Show Nieuws reports.
