Dutchman nearly bombed at MH17 crash site

Robby Oehlers, the 44 year old Dutchman who traveled to the MH17 disaster site in the Ukraine on his own to look for traces of his cousin Daisy, has just survived a bombing. Oehlers reported on Twitter about a bomb attack near a hotel in Donetsk in which he found himself. Oehlers hid behind a thick pole. The violent bang caused the windows of surrounding buildings to shatter. Soon after he was leaving the scene in a bus with some journalists. This morning we reported that Oehlers traveled to the Ukraine to look for traces of his cousin Daisy, who has not yet been identified. She and her boyfriend, Bryce, was aboard flight MH17. Only Bryce's foot has been found so far. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has advised against visiting the disaster site.
