In the third quarter, Lidewij Welten scored with a pass from Vera Vorstenbosch, making it 2-0. De Goede was then able to score from Amsterdam's fourth penalty corner. In the last quarter of the match, both teams were playing for the win. Kelly Jonker equalized the match. In the last minute, a penalty corner attempt from Paumen was failed to bring the win to Den Bosch. The shoot-outs saw Margot van Geffen, Maartje Goderie and Welten shot and missed for Den Bosch.
