Earth Hour theme song by DJ B-Funky

DJ and producer, B-Funky presented a special version of his track Turn off the Light as theme song for Earth Hour in the Netherlands, Wednesday. During Earth Hour, which is scheduled on Saturday March 29 this year, lights all over the world go out for an hour at 20:30 local time, as a signal for a livable earth.

B-Funky's theme song is downloadable on iTunes for €1,29 and the proceeds will go to the World Wide Fund for Nature (WNF) in its entirety. B-Funky will open the switch off event, which will be free to enter, on the Grote Markt in Haarlem with his Turn off the light. Beside the Dom tower in Utrecht, the Euromast in Rotterdam, and the Dam palace in Amsterdam, other international monuments will also turn off their lights, such as the Empire State Building in New York, the Tower Bridge in London, the Eiffel tower in Paris, and the Kremlin and the Red Square in Moscow. The WNF set up a Facebook page where Earth Hour activities can be posted and people can be invited.
