Police officers on hard drugs

The group of LEF! in the Emmen City Council claims to have prove that Emmen police officers buy hard drugs from dealers in the municipality for their own use. The political leader, Harry Leutscher, filed a police report with the national police. The Dagblad van het Noorden newspaper is in the possession of two names of officers. Local dealers gave up the two names. One pertains to the purchase of xtc and speed, the other to the purchase of coke. Police officers are not allowed to use drugs at any time.
