Bailiff shot; College in lockdown

A bailiff was shot around 13:10 on the J.H.A. Schaperlaan, during an enforcement inspection in Rijswijk. The officer was lightly injured when the occupant fired a shot. Officers fired a warning shot. The surrounding homes were evacuated, and an assault team is on the scene. The mother of the suspect is also on the scene.
