Man held in bleach death

Police say they have arrested the man who survived the mysterious incident in Almere that claimed the life of another man. The 29-year-old man was admitted to a hospital on Sunday, after police found him unconscious in a house in the city. A 38-year-old man was also found in the house, dead. It was not ascertained then what had happened, but police officers smelled a strong chlorine scent in the house. Emergency workers at the Flevo Hospital the man was taken to, complained later that they felt lightheaded and their eyes were itchy. In their release today police say the autopsy shows the 38-year-old man’s death was most likely due to a crime. They say an investigation is continuing to show what took place. The unnamed 29-year-old man was arrested in the hospital on Wednesday.
