Kluivert to leave Oranje after World Cup

Patrick Kluivert has decided to leave the Netherlands national football team after the World Cup in 2014. Patrick Kluivert / Wikipedia Kluivert, a former Dutch footballer, currently serves as assistant to Dutch football head coach Louis van Gaal. Kluivert joined the Dutch team in August 2012. In an interview with The Telegraph, Kluivert said that he told the Dutch Football Association at the time of signing his contract in 2012 that he would provide assistantship for two years. "It is time for the next step,” he said.
