Eurovision beats the King
The Eurovision Song Contest finale is the best viewed program of 2013, with almost five million viewers. The festival is closely followed by the inauguration of King William Alexander. Channels of the public broadcast recorded less viewers in the past year, and newcomer Fox attracted 75,000 Dutch viewers. This is evidenced by statistics from the Audience Research Foundation (SKO) over the past television year. With 3 hours and 15 minutes, Dutch watched approximately one minute less TV last year than the year before. On the other hand, more programs were watches using internet streams.
