Detectives sprang into action and confronted Zegerius with his plans, Friday, in his cell. Rob Zegerius was a main suspect in the Yellowstone investigation, in 2010, involving a number of crimes, such as fraud , money laundering, and attempted liquidation. An informant tipped off Van den Heuvel, and served as a crown witness later in the case. Zegerius was convicted, partly due to the information from the witness.
