Workers Ready For Pay Cut to Keep Their Job
A new survey found that one in three employees is willing to accept a pay cut if he can keep a job.
The National Compensation Survey, conducted by Intermediair and the Nyenrode Business University, found that employees are willing to accept a drop in salary of an average 3%, or nearly €100 a month, reports the Volkskrant.
