After 6 minutes, Sigthorsson managed another goal. Ajax coach Frank de Boer said his squad ought to have the victory but the members looked exhausted in the second half because of the national games earlier last week. PSV Eindhoven, meanwhile, defeated Deventer's Go Ahead Eagles 3-0 on Saturday. PSV currently leads the overall standings.
