Kid Beaten and Kicked For Spraying Water

An 8-year-old boy was beaten and kicked by a cyclist because the kid had made him wet with a water pistol on Monday in Hattem. The offender cycled away and has not been found. That was reported by the police on Tuesday. The boy had sprayed water to a man and a woman who were cycling . The 'victims' stopped and spoke to the child. Then the man gave the boy a few blows and kicks. After the 'punishment' they rode away.
