Girl Walibi Accident Loses Foot

The girl who was injured on Tuesday afternoon, at the entertainment park Walibi Holland in Biddinghuizen, has lost her foot. The company announced this on Wednesday. The 10-year-old girl is still in the hospital. The accident happened at the wild water track El Rio Grande. Tuesday it was already publicly known that a few weeks before a boy was injured almost at the same place. Following that accident, Walibi took additional measures, including hanging more safety signs. The wild water track remains closed until the police and the Dutch Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority have investigated the latest accident.
