Long Queues Outside Inauguration Church

Hundreds of people are standing in line to visit De Nieuwe Kerk in Amsterdam where the king's inauguration on Tuesday took place. The church, which looks exactly as it did during the ceremony, is open to the public from 2 pm to 10 pm on Wednesday. People can have a look at the flowers and the thrones, which are guarded by four infantrymen. RTL.nl reported that the long queues behind the church reached as far as the road, causing some concern for motorists. The church will also be open from 10 am until 10 pm on Thursday. Entrance costs at 5 euro a ticket.
