Tour bus crashes into house in Brabant, one dead
On Friday night, a tour bus crashed into a house on the Peeldijk in Beek en Donk in Brabant. According to a police spokesperson, the driver of the tour bus was killed in the accident.

“Apart from a few pieces of glass, everyone else was uninjured,” said the police spokeswoman. It is not yet known how many people were in the tour bus, the spokeswoman said. No one in the house was injured. However, the house was damaged in the crash.
The occupants were able to get out of the long tour bus on their own and were examined by paramedics. According to local media, they were wedding guests.
"We heard a thundering sound and then a huge bang," a neighbor told Omroep Brabant who witnessed the aftermath of the crash. "When I looked outside, I saw chaos in the bus. The passengers couldn't get out right away."
According to Jos van den Akker, the fire department's chief officer, the tour bus must have veered off the road at one point on a slight bend, striking several cars before crashing into the house, Omroep Brabant reported.
The police said on X that they were investigating the circumstances of the accident. The traffic accident analysis department specialists are on site to investigate the case.
