KLM Boeing 777 forced to make an emergency landing at Schiphol after technical defect
A KLM plane that was en route to Rio de Janeiro turned around over Belgium and was on its way back to Schiphol Airport, a spokesperson for Air Traffic Control in the Netherlands said. On Saturday afternoon, the Boeing 777 landed safely at the Amsterdam airport.
