Cops find diamond-studded sex toy with hidden drugs, gemstones

Four men were arrested in Amstelveen on Friday when police found five bags of cannabis and a block of cocaine hidden in secret compartments of two vehicles. Along with the drugs, police seized nearly 40,000 euros, 1,700 British pounds, 1,200 Swiss francs, 14 gemstones, five gold coins, a smaller quantity of cannabis, and a sex-toy with inlaid diamonds.

It all started when a police officer on his own personal time witnessed what looked like a "suspicious transaction" between the occupants of two vehicles. The astute cop requested back-up, bringing more officers to the Groenhof Mall at the outskirts of the town southwest of Amsterdam.

Police arrested the four men and proceeded to search the two vehicles, a Mercedes and a Porsche. They include a 36-year-old Amsterdammer, a 51-year-old from Uithoorn, a 35-year-old from Turkey, and a German man, 41.
