Amsterdam parking as expensive as Friesland home
A parking spot in Amsterdam city center is currently listed for the same price as a freestanding home in the Friesland town of Burum - 89 thousand euros, RTL Z discovered.
Both the parking spot in Amsterdam and the home in Burum are listed on website Funda.
The inside parking space on Reguliersdwarsstraat 46D in the center of Amsterdam can be bought for 89 thousand euros, plus monthly service fee of 150 euros. It has space for one car that weighs no more than 2 thousand kilograms, and has maximum dimensions of 205 centimeters wide, 500 centimeters long, and a height of 180 centimeters including the aerial.
For the same price, excluding the monthly service fee, you can buy a freestanding house on Herestraat 15 in Burum. The house is 102 square meters large with a 16 square meters garden. And you can park on the street for free.
