Debt collector arrested for demanding sex to wipe out debt

The police arrested a Limburg bailiff on Monday for telling women that if they have sex with him, he would wipe out their debts. A total of 11 women pressed charges against the man, AD reports.

The Public Prosecutor and police have been investigating the man for months. The authorities believe that he's been sexually harassing women in this way since 2001.

The man resigned as debt collector after the investigation was launched.

The police call on women who fell victim to the man to come forward, if they haven't done so already.
